At Koï Design you can own pieces that reflect your own style. We give you the flexibility to personalise the designs you like in our shop.
What can we personalise?
Colour change
We can make the Miyuki-bead or cord models you like in different colour options.
Charm option
The charm (pendant or end) details in our designs can be changed to your taste or swapped for a different charm model.
Design combinations
We can combine the charm from one necklace with a different chain or bead arrangement and make a model that is entirely yours.
Process & conditions
Preparation time
Depending on the level of personalisation, designing and making a custom order takes 1–10 business days.
Returns & exchanges
Pieces designed and made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

How much does a custom piece cost?
Most custom necklaces fall in the same range as the shop’s pieces; the 3D koi is the exception.
Can you repeat a sold piece?
Not exactly, but we can make something in its spirit.
Bracelets or earrings?
Yes, on request.
Returns on custom pieces?
Bespoke pieces are made once for you and can’t be returned or exchanged; you approve the design before we start and a photo before it ships.
