When does my order ship?
Every piece is finished and packed by hand; it leaves Istanbul within 1–10 business days (the 3D koi within 3).
Where do you ship?
Türkiye and the United States for now, tracked. Rates at checkout; 1–3 days in transit within Türkiye, 7–15 days to the US.
Duties and taxes
Türkiye: no extra taxes. United States: import duties or taxes may be collected on delivery unless checkout shows them.
Can I cancel?
Within 5 hours of ordering, yes.
Returns & exchanges
No returns or exchanges: every piece is made once. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on ready-made pieces stays intact — write to me within 14 days of delivery; custom pieces are excluded. Damaged on arrival: message me within 48 hours with a photo.
Sizing
75 cm total, 35.5 cm beaded; the slider adjusts from choker to long. The 3D koi is on a 50 cm chain.
Care
No water, perfume or sleep; store flat; polish silver with a soft cloth; gold plating fades with friction over time.
Packaging
Every order ships in a gift box with a card; add a note on the product page.
